Application for Membership
for new members joining surf life saving:
All members of surf life saving clubs around New Zealand must be
registered with our parent organisation, Surf Life Saving New
Zealand (SLSNZ). This is a one time only registration and there is
no subscription fee to SLSNZ. Click here to complete
the SLSNZ on-line form which will only take a few minutes, making
sure you select 'Spencer Park SLSC' in the club selection drop
down. Registration is required for each individual family member
who wishes to become a member.
Once this has been submitted, please also print out and complete
the club's Application for
Membership form and forward with the appropriate fees as
below to the club Secretary by post or email. (see payment methods
below)

All returning members must complete an annual club Application for
Membership form and pay the appropriate club subscription
fees.

sport craft levy:
A craft levy (fee) is payable by all seniors (non juniors) who
are using sport craft for training and competitions. The levy is
applicable for each craft type being used by the member being
either; IRB, Surf Boat, Surf Ski or Board.
